- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Forgets to get an authorization for test. Unnecessary lab and x-ray tests, medical information not accurate. Billed insurance for exams that were not done or ordered. She recommend magnesium citrate for my sleeplessness, this is for constipation not for sleeplessness. They were rude and were more concerned about the patients in their office than my wife's authorization for a procedure. They blamed everything on the insurance company and refused to take any responsibility for their own error. If you had "minus zero" star that is what we would give her.August 18, 2017by Missy M
